Kerry Showcases Innovations In Sustainable Taste And Nutrition Solutions At Gulfood Manufacturing 2022

Kerry will share developments in Plant-Based, Taste, Proactive Health, Food Protection & Preservation and the company’s sustainable nutrition vision at Gulfood Manufacturing 2022 in Dubai from 8–10 Nov.

The Kerry booth, located in Hall 7, A7-4 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, will focus on helping customers evolve their products through innovation to offer market-leading food and beverages that will meet changing consumer needs and expectations, from lower sugar content without sacrificing taste, alternative ingredients that support health and the planet, and natural preservation to minimise food waste.

Gulfood Manufacturing 2022: Sample delicious concepts from Kerry

Visitors will get to sample delicious concepts like plant-based ice cream with science-supported digestive benefits, energy drinks with innovative ingredients like green coffee, and 100% clean label commercial baked goods. For food manufacturers and distributors, these advances in ingredients and formulation are set to transform market behaviours.

An exclusive part of the Kerry booth is the upstairs salon: a prototype market display helps bring the concepts to life. Visitors can play with packaging and scan QR codes to check the science behind the solutions, as well as explore flavour and claim trends in the region.
Kerry experts will also be sharing their views and insights on plant alternatives, taste solutions, functional foods and sustainability across various speaking engagements during the event.
