Presented by Sunny Moon

As food origins and sourcing become more important to consumers and governments, players are making more efforts to make the concept of Farm to Fork increasingly possible. Innovations in traceability, automation, vertical farming and e-commerce are creating exciting new frontiers in food provenance. Technology is reshaping food supply chains and changing how we buy food. Meanwhile, “grow-it-yourself” came from consumers’ needs for transparent food origins instead of a form of home entertainment in the pandemic.
