tna Expands Asia Pacific Team With Three New Team Members

The new positions of customer service and logistics coordinator, project manager and technical support engineer will join the food processing and packaging supplier’s on-the-ground support team in Bangkok, Thailand.

With an extensive background in customer facing roles in the logistics and engineering industries, Saiphon Kunta joins the company as customer service and logistics coordinator. In her new role, Ms Kunta will build and maintain internal and external relationships and work closely with Business Services to provide complete system accuracy.

Jenwich Mitravijarn has been in project-focused roles for more than 15 years and has experience of managing both processing and packaging projects across Asia. As project manager, Mr Mitravijarn will regularly communicate with the company’s customers and suppliers in the region to provide complete project management solutions.

Speaking on his appointment, Mr Mitravijarn said: “I want to challenge myself in my new role and offer the best possible service to tna customers. I look forward to growing the existing customer base in the region and servicing clients with the wide range of innovative turnkey solutions our business provides.”

Chalothorn Permjaras brings a wealth of experience in customer service and support-orientated roles. He will be utilising his knowledge of the processing and packaging industry in his new role as technical support engineer to carry out installations and support customers with maintenance and ongoing service. In addition, Mr Permjaras will provide clients with comprehensive training in the operation and basic maintenance of the company’s equipment and offer full support to project managers prior to, during and post installation.
