Rockwell Automation Appoints New Regional Director For Southeast Asia

Rockwell Automation, a company dedicated to industrial automation and information, has announced the appointment of its new regional director for Southeast Asia, Pierre Teszner.

Based in Singapore, Mr Teszner will be responsible for sales and marketing across all of Southeast Asia, as well as business operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Mr Teszner has a 22-year track record achieving financial results by honing human-capital skills, differentiating brands in adverse conditions, and building a variety of direct and indirect channels in challenging business-to-business markets globally.

Prior to joining the company, Mr Teszner held various leadership roles at Schneider Electric for more than 15 years in various countries around the world, as well as served as vice president EcoBuilding, Commercial, Asia-Pacific, for the past three years.

Mr Teszner succeeds Robert (Bob) Buttermore, who served as regional director, Southeast Asia, since 2013.

“Pierre’s broad experience in strategic planning, business development, operations, sales and management makes him well qualified to drive our performance strategy in Southeast Asia, including increasing market share and directing commercial processes,” said Tom O’Reilly, president, Asia Pacific, Rockwell Automation.

Mr Teszner has expressed that he is pleased to join the company at a time when the region is growing.
