Tatgu: Low Glycaemic Index (GI) Diabetic-Friendly White Chocolate

Tatgu introduces its low-GI, low sugar chocolate with enhanced sensory profile in comparison to regular chocolates. Tested in Singapore is the Tatgu White Chocolate, inducing 42 percent lower glycaemic response than similar products. Well-received by children and elders, the product does not pose adverse effects linked to excessive sugar consumption.

Although it has up to 80 percent less sugar than the average white chocolate, its rich flavour is not compromised. It contains less than 10 percent of typical cane sugar derivative used in traditional chocolates. Its wide array of applications include bakery and confectionery, food and beverage, and frozen desserts.
