Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients has appointed Lim Siew Tin as Chief Operating Officer. Ms Lim has over two decades of experience within the group, first joining the company in 1997.

Ms Lim has served in leadership roles throughout the family business, including leading Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients in the Philippines (2010-2012) and Indonesia (2012-2014) as GM. In 2014, she took on the roles of Key Principal Manager, Regional RBU Controller and Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Board Secretary. Most recently, she also served as Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients in Singapore and Malaysia.

Ms Lim took over the reins of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients on May 1 from Marc Deschamps, Regional Managing Director, who has retired from the corporate world since end April.

Mr Deschamps led Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, the Group’s largest business unit, through more than seven years of profitable endeavour. Under his leadership, the business grew in product portfolio and geographical coverage.

Heinrich Jessen, Chairman of Jebsen & Jessen Group, said, “We would like to thank Marc for his dedication to Jebsen & Jessen and helping us build a strong foundation for growth. We wish him all the best in his retirement.”

“Taking over and elevating Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients to the next level will require an exemplary leader and we are excited to have Siew Tin lead the business unit on a new growth path.”
